Meeks Construction & Development, Inc. opened in January 2003. The Company is owned and operated by Casey Meeks, Jimmy Meeks Sr., and Jimmy Meeks Jr. Casey Meeks holds the State Building License in Florida.
Meeks Construction & Development, Inc. specializes in the construction of Spec Homes, Custom Homes and the Development of entire communitues throughout Leon, Wakulla and Franklin Counties.
In 2004 we entered our first Parade of Homes. Our home was awarded with Gold Award for homes ranging from $489,000.00 - $510,000.00. In 2006 we entered the Parade of Homes again and was awarded the Gold Award for homes ranging from $998,000.00 - $1,650,000.00. Meeks Construction & Development, Inc. specializes in quality as well as completing the construction of homes in a timely manner.
